Ana Barbara re-signs con Tengo Talento Mucho Talento
January 1st, 2010, Superstar Latin singer Ana Barbara has signed on as a talent judge for the hit series "Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento."
The talent competition series, returning at 9 p.m. weeknights in October, airs on the Hispanic network Estrella TV which is carried on Tulsa's low-power station, KXAP-TV, channel 51 and cable 444.
Barbara, a film, television and music star in her native Mexico, has won multiple awards for her work in the hit telenovela "Una Familia Con Suerte," the TV series "La Escuelita VIP" and "Mujer, Casos de la Vida Real," and others.
She is also a Grammy Award-winning singer and recording artist with almost a dozen best-selling albums and the hit songs "Sacudeme," "Me Asusta, Pero Me Gusta," "La Tranpa," and "Bandido."
"I see 'Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento' as a wonderful way in which I can bring my musical, acting and live performance experience help aspiring performers,” she said of the announcement.
"I am excited to be a part of a show that brings together so many talented people and ultimately helps make dreams come true."
On the show, "Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento," actors, singers, dancers, musicians and other performers from around the country compete for the $100,000 grand prize and a recording and management contract.
Ana Barbara will serve as a judge along with actor-director Hector Suarez, and musician-composer Pepe Garza.
